Not much you can add to that. I feel better already!
“yea yea yea”.
Years pass by quickly, and this morning
I stumbled across this article showing
Danielle aging from a child to a mature woman.
I am going to a 40 yr reunion shortly
and although we all think of ourselves as
young, or younger than our bodies are, this
film clip example will play itself out as we look
in admiration at someone who seems to have had
the great genetics or lifestyle to hold back the
hands of time. Or will we quietly think, omg
they sure aged fast..
This is a new video from filmmaker
Anthony Cerniello and it is so striking.
It shows a girl slowly and almost
imperceptibly aging decades in under 4 minutes.
“Danielle,” embedded below, was produced
with a team of animators and a still
photographer, Keith Sirchio.
The sound track is from Mark Revely.
Her face becomes longer, thinner, her bone
structure more defined, and then under eyes and
her skin, hair show signs of age, graying/thinning
as she seems to enter the middle years
of her life.
For Photo buffs, this is amazing work.
Last year, Cerniello attended his
friend Danielle’s family reunion.
He and Sirchio took portraits of
her relatives of all ages with a
Hasselblad medium-format camera.
After scanning the negatives,
they chose those relatives with
similar bone structure to create
a rough aging continuity.
Animators Nathan Meier and
Edmund Earle then knitted the
images together seamlessly, with
3D visual-effects artist George Cuddy
putting the finishing touches on the
“I attempted to create a person in
order to emulate the aging process,”
Cerniello, a music video and
commercial editor, writes on his
Vimeo page. “The idea was that
something is happening but you
can’t see it but you can feel it,
like aging itself.”
Here is to aging gracefully and with style!
Thanks artists for putting this together.
What do YOU think of the video and of the aging process in your own life?
In Denver, recently I chose to stay in a
Victorian House that I was very pleased with,
instead of the usual hotels,
elevators full of people,
and expensive restaurants
in hotel or nearby.
IT was a fabulous way
to spend time in a location..
My choice worked out great, so if you have
a sense of adventure, even just a little bit,
this is one option that will cut down costs,
and get you closer to the experience you want-
if you want to be a part of the town you are visiting!
Hawaii is a place like no other,
so if you come to visit, why not stay
in a home like no other.
Picture yourself in a yurt, micro-house,
tree house, or even a yacht on a mountain.
That’s right, a yacht on top of a mountain.
Here are eight of the smallest, tallest, weirdest and, in their own way, Hawaii-est homes to rent on AirBnB.
First used by nomads in Central Asia,
yurts are rotund, portable homes.
This particular yurt boasts a
“food island” of passion fruit,
mango, avocado and sweet potato
growing outside its door.
Yurting is sort of like
(which apparently is called glamping these days)
but you still have to have your survival hat on.
For instance, the yurt is
BYOPT — bring your own propane tank —
if you want to cook or use hot water.
2. Kailua Coconut Micro-House Kailua, Oahu
Personally designed and built by its loving owners,
the Kailua Coconut micro-house spans a proud 80 square feet.
The charm of this lovely nest is in the details —
the outdoor shower has a
Japanese geta shoe sculpture
as its door handle,
tiki face carvings pop out
of the walls, and the windows
above the bed have intricate fish
etched into the glass.
Due to its itty bitty size, you are not allowed
to cook inside the house, but who needs
to cook when you can pick a mango tree
from your lanai (outdoor porch)?
The yard has a pond and tiki torches,
and is moments away from Kealakekua Bay,
which is home to dolphins, manta rays,
and sea turtles. The bay is most famous
due to Captain James Cook, who was the
first European to land on the Hawaiian Islands,
and who was later killed by Hawaiian villagers
at Kealakekua Bay in 1779.
The Brainstorm was a faithful vessel
whose glory days conquering the seas have passed.
The current owners took pity on the
retired boat and in a stroke of
what we can only consider utter genius,
hauled it to the top of a
mountain on the north shore of Oahu.
Tucked away in the woods, the boat’s backyard
is a maze of gorgeous trails that
go deep into valleys and
high above the ocean.
But don’t be mistaken,
you’re still on a yacht,
shielded by a glass roof,
surrounded by a giant mosquito net
and stocked with a
flat screen TV and wifi.
This treehouse overlooks an expansive,
lush green property replete with
papaya, avocado and coconut trees.
Our favorite detail of this Kauai treehouse
is the outdoor bathroom system.
Instead of a lock,
there is a rock outside the door
: turn it to one side to say “OK”
or the other to say “Wait.”
Take a ride on the giant tire swing
in your yard before grabbing a bike
and heading to
really can’t miss considering it was
one of the original shooting locations
Maybe just a three hour tour?
This abode at the base of Mt. Ka’ala,
Oahu’s highest peak, is entirely off
the grid thanks to solar panels and a
private water well. Nestled in a
gorgeous river valley without a
neighbor in sight, the eco lodge
is composed of a giant safari tent
and a 200 square-foot lanai.
Walk a mile to the neighboring
organic farm, buy your produce
directly from the farmer and
cut it up in your outdoor kitchen.
It doesn’t get more farm to table than that.
If you ship it, they will come.
This tree hut was built in Bali,
shipped to Maui and set atop a
17-acre private valley with ocean views.
You may have to walk to both the kitchen and bathroom,
but the artist’s property is
covered in steel sculptures
you can peruse along your way.
Aromatherapy Foundation of Maui’s
“botanical educational estate and farm.”
What does that mean? You can roam the gardens,
pick your favorite plants and use “atomizers”
to create your own scents.
You can even get onsite aromatherapy massages.
In fact, there’s no avoiding immersing yourself
in the fragrances of the Aromatherapy Foundation —
any overnight residents are
required to participate in a
study on essential oils for five minutes a day.
Oh, and your digs happen to be a
gorgeous studio with ocean views and
an in-ground jacuzzi.
Not too stinky.
I loved stumbling on this article in the Huffingtonpost today,

I feel better already!
New Entertainment Coming…One more tip before it’s live Sent Tuesday, August 6, 2013
The Project AWOL reality show is getting closer and closer.
In fact, we are discussing the launch tonight at 9p on our team webinar
This may sound a little crazy, but I believe this show is a bigger deal than a summer blockbuster.
Let me explain:
People all over the nation (and the world) follow the buzz of a summer blockbuster
sometimes weeks in advance. I know my friends did before
Guiermo del Toro’s recent flick
Iron Man 3,
Ridley Scott’s Prometheus
They start researching insider info before the movie’s release date.
They get focused. They anticipate a great time.
I get pumped up for a great blockbuster,
but I also realize ..life goes on.
Same as it did before.
Project AWOL show is different.
You are going to witness proven life-changing information.
You are going to be given solutions that immediately
improve the quality of your life
I believe this first episode is a bigger deal
than even the biggest summer blockbuster.
It is about us, real people who make changes.
I’m reposting “Create A Life With Project A.W.O.L.” to make sure you’re 100% prepared:
I posted Project A.W.O.L.’s photo album from Thailand just for fun!

Another Way of Living.
When you do what you love the $ will follow.
And Tao sure lives up to that and vibrantly.
Today I feel inspired by so many things.
The weather-is good.
Exercising- endorphins galore!
Just a little bit of hope that we don’t have to decline
as our bodies age.
Exercise, good foods, balance, fun, laughter, giving to
others, persistence, perseverence, and always learning
are just a few things that keep you young.
I have to start yoga soon-
Tao gives me inspiration!
Perhaps yoga is the secret to a happy old-age?
Even after a total hip replacement in the early 2000s,
Tao Porchon-Lynch continues to teach students yoga
at 5am everyday.
The energetic 93-year-old, from Westchester,
who has been practicing yoga for over 70 years
also does the waltz, jitterbug, samba and
cha cha cha in her spare time.
‘I also like to do foxtrot – all the crazy ones,’
she laughs, describing dancing the tango as
being like drinking champagne.
After practicing yoga in her youth in India
the former model and actress moved to the
US when she was in her early 30s.
After a career in Hollywood movies and on
television Porchon-Lynch began working
with UniTel in the 1960s, establishing
TV stations in India.
She has since been teaching yoga to
students in India, France, and the USA
for more than 45 years including
certifying 400 other teachers.
‘I do yoga before I go to bed and I do
yoga with my students when I get up
in the morning,’ she said.
The yogi also leads trips to India, where she estimates she has been at least 25 times.
‘There’s so much to learn and I just feel I don’t have enough time to learn everything,’ the inspirational Porchon-Lynch says.
‘The greatest thrill that you can really have is to see someone who says I cant do it and show them they can.’
Porchon-Lynch has just published her first book, Reflections: The Yogic Journey Of Life.
Following a total hip replacement when she was 84 years old, doctors said her flexibility would never be the same.
Proving them wrong, she has since taken up ballroom dancing.
The Season 1 premier is coming Tuesday of the reality show we filmed in Thailand.

What are the Daily Habits of Wealthy People?
If you think becoming rich is about luck,
It may have more to do with
how you spend your day,
beginning with the hour you wake up.
Tom Corley, a financial planner
spent five years observing
more than 350 “rich” and “poor” people,
how they live,
work and even sleep
all in his book,
The Daily Success Habits of Wealthy Individuals.”
Tom defined “wealthy” as earning
at least $160,000 annually and
holding at least $3.2 million in assets.
“Poor” was income under
$30,000 a year and
less than $5,000 in assets.
“I realized, it’s not so much
what’s going on in business,
it’s the daily habits, the activities,
that are the reason for your
wealth or your poverty,” says Corley.
Early Risers or the old adage,
” early to bed, early to rise,
makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”
Wealthy people took advantage
of those early morning hours.
About 44% wake up three hours
before their 9-to-5 job.
They focus on self improvement,
which is what I encourage,
reading educational material,
like trade journals or industry blogs.
Blogging? See we are doing the right things!
Working out early is also beneficial
to a long, productive work day.
Now all of this ‘early workout’ is
based on a 9-5 lifestyle
not a working lifestyle of odd hours.
Wealthy individuals kept a
list of tasks and checked off
about 70% of the list during the day.
And they also had Long Term Goals mapped out.
This is one of the things
that I found when in Thailand
at #Project A.W.O.L filming
the Reality Show, most people,
me included do not plan far
enough ahead, nor do we detail
out our dreams, goals.
Long Lunches – NOPE
Instead, 55% network, wheel
and deal between bites, and do
NOT take long leisurely lunches.
Have you heard the phrase,
“you can never be to rich or to thin”?,
speaking of eating,
rich folks count calories.
Alcoholic consumption is
limited and the wealthy
interviewed kept junk
food snacks to just
300 calories per day,
not just so that they
can fit into their skinny jeans.
The effort to count calories
can also be part of keeping
an eye on all the details of one’s life.
“Wealthy people are healthy people.
To wealthy people being healthy
is about making more money,”
“If they’re healthy they
have fewer sick days,
they have more energy,
they maintain health
their entire lives so
they can work longer careers.”
Limiting Internet Use
At the end of the day,
how do you unwind?
Head to the bar?
Become a Couch potato?
Wealthy folks socialize more,
network, and volunteer.
In his book, Tom found a
majority of those struggling
with their finances
spent more than an hour
on recreational Internet use,
and were twice as likely to
hop on Facebook every day.
I think that time on
Facebook is crucial to a
beginning business of online marketing,
networking with my team
around the world,
from mixing with my team,
I use the phrase,
“is this producing the results I want”?

The subjects were positioned in front of a screen that relayed images of the quadcopter’s flight through an on-board camera, allowing them to see the course the way a pilot would. The plane, which was driven with a pre-set forward moving velocity, was then controlled by the subject’s thoughts.
By imagining that they were using their right hand, left hand and both hands together, subjects controlled the flight path of the plane. If they imagined raising their left hand, for example, the plane turned left. If they imagined raising their hands together, the plane lifted higher in the air.
Once they got the hang of it, subjects were able to fly the quadcopter through foam rings scattered around the indoor course.
